Shipping Policy
At Hemli, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy:
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental United States. This applies to standard shipping only.
- Orders Under $75: For orders below $75, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery location within the continental US. For orders under 1 lbs, shipping costs will be $4.90. For products over 1 lbs, shipping costs will be $5.90
- Shipping Area: Currently, we ship to addresses within the US. We use a range of couriers to fulfil your order.
- Tracking: You will be provided with a tracking ID as soon as the order is shipped. You will be able to check the progress on the order as well as the expected delivery date and time.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days, but can take up to 3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Delivery Time: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 3-4 business days after processing.
- Checking the Status of Your Order: Once the order has been processed and shipped we will provide you with tracking ID to follow the status of your order. This tracking ID will be sent to your email that you provided during check-out.
- Items Never Received: If your tracking ID shows delivered and you have not received the item, please reach out to our support. We will sent a new item to you at no extra cost.

We offer two sizes to suite all dog breeds
For dogs under 50 lbs we recommend selecting the 32 oz size, and any dogs above 50 lbs we recommend selecting the 64 oz bottle size.

The main water compartment is leak proof! The lower bowls won't be completely leak proof, as they are designed to be used as food and water bowls, not for water storage.
