At Hemli, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy:
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental United States. This applies to standard shipping only.
- Orders Under $75: For orders below $75, shipping costs will be costs will be $6.00.
- Shipping Area: Currently, we ship to addresses within the US. We use a range of couriers to fulfil your order.
- Tracking: You will be provided with a tracking ID as soon as the order is shipped. You will be able to check the progress on the order as well as the expected delivery date and time.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days, but can take up to 3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Delivery Time: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 3-4 business days after processing.
- Checking the Status of Your Order: Once the order has been processed and shipped we will provide you with tracking ID to follow the status of your order. This tracking ID will be sent to your email that you provided during check-out.
- Items Never Received: If your tracking ID shows delivered and you have not received the item, please reach out to our support. We will sent a new item to you at no extra cost.
